All requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow ample time to process the request. If the two week deadline cannot be met, please submit a request anyway and contact our Special Event Coordinators directly at eagleemsevents@gmail.com.

Requesting coverage does not guarantee that we will be available for or able to provide coverage for your event. Requests are granted based on a variety of factors, and must be approved by the Boston College EMS Officers.
