CPR Classes

Boston College EMS is proud to offer American Heart Association CPR classes to BCEMS members, Boston College students and faculty, and the larger community of Boston.

As of right now, CPR classes will be held in person on campus. You’ll be notified of the class location once you have completed registration.

How to Register

  1. Select the class below
    1. Register for the class using the linked Google Form. Scheduling will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  2. Pay for your class at least one week in advance by following the instructions on your sign-up form. 
    1. The fee for “BLS for Healthcare Professionals” is $75.00.
    2. Please note that we CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS WE RECEIVE but you can transfer to another class.

American Heart Association CPR & AED Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals (BLS)

This course covers core material such as adult and pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and the use of a bag valve mask), foreign-body airway obstruction, and automated external defibrillation (AED). This course is designed for healthcare providers such as EMS personnel, physician assistants, doctors, dentists, and nurses, who must have a credential documenting successful completion of a CPR course, or to others who wish to learn the most in-depth version of CPR available. This course satisfies the requirements for BC nursing students and Boston College EMS members.
